I would like a cat with spots, .... one that looks a bit like a leopard....
Most people that are looking for a Bengal are actually looking for the spots. This will hold until they see a first quality MARBLED Bengal in person. Then we will hear them say:
The bengal is the most beautiful cat I have ever seen.
A MARBLED Bengal is a cat that looks like a leopard.... but just a "different type of leopard".
The MARBLED pattern must be a combination of twirls and rosettes that flow together in a horizontal blotch.

The Marbeled Bengal as well as the Spotted Bengal are the product of long lasting processes of genetic investigations and developement.
Another interesting animal that satisfies widely our goals regards the Marbeled Bengal is the one called Onza del Rey. This is an african onza that shows a sponateous skin mutation that makes it completely original. It is the product of a recessive gene that both parents have to inherit so the spots-pattern will become visible. This wild animal is very rare and it has been seen for the first time in Zimbabwe in 1926. Later on other specimens have also been found in Botwswavan and the northern province of Transvaal in Southern Africa. The Wildt Onza Investigation Center specializes in reproducing these animals in captivity.
